Thanks Paul for the great videos. Most people are eating too many carbohydrates and too much sugar. These are the things that cause weight gain. I lost weight myself using the “Bullet Proof Diet.” By eating the right way, I lost 1 pound a day without exercising. Paul seems to have started a similar diet.
